ClearCut is a group comprised of experienced individuals and scientists who enjoy working together and with the clients, some of which we have supported for many years. We love what we do and we believe in going the extra mile to do it well.
Our services include standard and specialized histology, including numerous methods of decalcification, unique and complex trimming of tissues, whole mount of some tissues, simple to very complex microtomy, all followed with routine and special staining. We excel at in-situ hybridization (ISH), with experience in both RNAscope and BaseScope, on some of the most challenging tissue types. We are accomplished in immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) staining. We work with Alexas and Opals and can easily support multiple and a variety of stains per each slide. We provide high-throughput slide scanning (Brightfield and fluorescent), image hosting, image analysis and pathology services. We are experienced in non-GLP and GLP and welcome routine tox or any non-routine study objective you aim to achieve.
